GLOBAL TRAINING MANAGER

In support of our continued expansion, we are looking for a Global Training Manager with the ability to develop OAT’s training and certification program, build up a company-wide training department, managing associated revenues and budgets, while also delivering trainings in person.

The Global Training Manager has direct communication lines with Sales executives, Bid preparation teams and Client Services managers.

Reporting to the Director Client Services, the Global Training Manager will:

  • Design training and certification programs for the TAO platform
  • Work with marketing and sales to promote our TAO user training and certification offerings to potential clients
  • Lead and deliver TAO training and certification courses to clients
  • Assume full budget responsibility over our training and certification programs
  • Work with product release teams to ensure training availability at product launch
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness through a program of regular observation and review of performance data
  • Work collaboratively with Sales executives and Client Service managers to ensure training material process and quality, communicate learning needs, develop and improve training and certification products and processes
  • Provide regular reports on training completion rates, student performance and validity of certifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education and Training, Social Sciences, Organizational Behavior or related field. Extensive industry experience may be substituted for degree.
  • A minimum of five years of experience leading training and certification programs for a software company
  • Ability to lead teams and measure individual performance
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but also in a team environment
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and / or authoring tools
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, detailed-oriented, organised and have high degree of energy/drive
  • Strong communication, presentation, listening and follow-up skills
  • Spoken and written fluency in English, and preferably one other language
  • Ability to travel, sometimes on short notice
