To assist our Account Executives in closing 7-figure contracts, we are seeking talented Solution Engineers that will:


  • Present TAO assessment solutions to prospects and potential clients, both online and in face-to-face meetings
  • Identify prospective clients’ business requirements, develop technical sales strategies, actively contribute to RFP response and proposal writing, configure and demonstrate solutions that meet these requirements and clearly convey value propositions to prospects and clients
  • Provide expert advice on TAO products, including architecture, functionality, usage, deployment and integration methodologies
  • Develop and deliver custom demonstrations and presentations to key decision makers and executives addressing critical business needs
  • Conduct pilot programs and integration with 3rd party components to win client business
  • Work with sales to differentiate TAO-based solutions from competitors, anticipating and handling objections along the way
  • Articulate OAT value proposition with OAT Client Services Managers for existing clients
  • Work with OAT Client Services Managers in establishing contracts, on-boarding new clients and meeting project objectives
  • Represent OAT at tradeshows and conferences, and lead TAO workshops to introduce prospective clients to TAO solutions and next generation digital learning environments
  • Act as a liaison between Product Management and Sales, articulating customer feedback to help shape our product roadmap


  • 5+ years of pre-sales or solutions consulting experience in a SaaS, EdTech organization
  • Experienced in web applications based on the LAMP stack
  • Exceptionally good at managing and selling to high level executives
  • Responsible, energetic and self-motivated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a knack for delivering compelling presentations
  • Familiarity with API development and application integration is a plus
  • Bachelor or Master degree
