OAT and the Ministry of Education of Valencia Win Big at the e-Assessment Association Awards

We’re thrilled to announce that Open Assessment Technologies, along with our inspiring partners with the Ministry of Education of Valencia, have been recognized by the e-Assessment Association through their awards program as the winners of the award for “Best Transformational Project.”

This honor celebrates the groundbreaking shift from paper-based to digital diagnostic assessments in Valencia, offering  a blueprint for assessment digitization across Spain.

The project marks a significant milestone for education digitization: over 70,000 students across Valencia participated in digital assessments designed to provide immediate insights into student learning. It’s something that simply wasn’t possible with traditional paper-based methods. By leveraging cutting-edge technology and innovative assessment design, we’ve helped equip educators and government leaders with real-time data to inform instruction and support every learner’s journey.

At Open Assessment Technologies, we believe in the power of partnership and purpose-driven innovation. This award is not just a reflection of our technology, but of the shared vision we’ve built with the Ministry of Education of Valencia.

We’re incredibly proud of this achievement and look forward to continuing this journey, inspiring other regions and countries to embrace digital transformation in education.
