The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing essential technical support, adeptly troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and contributing to the seamless setup and management of all IT services utilized within the company. This position is available for Madrid residents only as they will need to go to the office occasionally.
Responsibilities:
- Ticket management: Analysis and resolution of requests and incidents.
- Management of IT equipment stocks, cleaning of equipment, quarantine management, and laptop wipe; Inventory management.
- Communicate any relevant information to all employees to ensure the security of their system.
- Resolve internal user problems and ensure correct operation.
- Access management in various applications such as Google WorkSpace, Atlassian administration, GitHub, and Slack, and Managing user’s access, groups, and specific permissions.
- Atlassian suite configuration (Jira, Confluence, RoadMap), such as project updates, workflow, screens, boards, rules, reports, etc.
- Database management by updating current processes, creating missing strategies, and creating User Guides.
- Controlling and governing access to systems applications for any employee in the context of onboarding and off-boarding. Ensuring that access aligns with business and security requirements.
- Assist in routine system administration tasks, such as user account management and access control.
Skills Required:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficient in Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Document common issues and resolutions for future reference.

- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
